Location, location, location
This hotel’s location cannot be beat if you want proximity to Santa Monica Pier and 3rd Street Promenade. In addition, the staff goes above and beyond to help. Our room was a bit noisy due to system humming, but not enough to discourage us from recommending it to family and friends. Overall the location, staff, cleanliness, and price point make this hotel exceptional.

Best Location
This hotel was super convenient in proximity to shopping, restaurants, the pier, & the ocean! Only downside was the shower-head, which I would presume all hotels are conservative on water usage, however for anyone with a lot of hair, it is challenging to get shampoo & conditioner out from a rain head and not a normal shower-head. Overall it was still an excellent stay!

Above and beyond staff
This was my first time staying at this hotel. It was truly amazing. The staff are fantastic! They made my birthday very special with their own creativity. I truly felt welcomed there when I arrived. They definitely surprised me. I absolutely loved their own personal birthday touches. The place was absolutely beautiful. I will definitely be staying here again. The room is beautiful and the ocean view is stunning. So relaxing.
