Excellent service and location
The hotel is centrally located so it’s walking distance to almost everything. We were recommended a local tapas restaurant by one of the receptionist and it was superb. Had a really happy stay in the hotel

I booked it by mistake for one month earlier. The manager refuses to change date for my and I was charged over $600 for nothing. My trip hasn’t even started yet! They had enough time to rent it out to another person, but they chose to charge me even I could not go.

Great place to stay in Granada, easy walking to all your needs.The receptionist was most helpful with all our needs. Breakfast was very good .Only down to this stay was the unexpected €20 for parking each day. I thought this was free or validated in surrounding parking. It is not and we were in the hotels parking garage.
