Roaches

The hotel looks beautiful. But it has Roaches!! They were not even surprised when I called the front desk. We found 5 in the room. The manager told me that is what happens when you stay ocean front!! When I'm at the beach I only stay ocean front and never had this problem. I was also on the 10th floor. I'm a VIP member for hotels.com and I never before have wrote a bad review. The front desk gives out free meals for anyone who happens to complain... even for the littlest stuff. So when I came down with this complaint I should of gotten more than a free night. Adam is one of the staff for the beach and pool he was great! The wait staff is great in the morning and not for dinner. Geo at the pool, she was on point too! There system was down mid week so many extra changes. Wasted to much time at the front desk trying to get things taken care of. The should of been more concerned to make me happy since I was the one who found Roaches! I didn't say anything to anyone at the hotel. I didn't want to ruin anyone stay. Do yourself a favor and stay somewhere else!!!
