Fake Description
Despite the fraudulent description, this place is in no way on the beach. It's a 15 minute walk away, on a road that is not especially pleasant. Restaurants are minimal and meager, and the service is nonexistent. And the Mill name masks that this is a Courtyard by Marriott, with all the charm of an airport hotel in Kansas City. Other than that, a marvelous place.

Can not quite recommend, due to early noise.
Room was not ready until an hour after promised check-in time (5pm). Room A/C always smelled musty/moldy (eventually figured out how to turn it off, it wasn't really needed, but that took 2 days of staff help). Housekeeping Staff milled around in the hallways loudly every day between 530-630am, which was the deal-breaker. Room was very clean and well-furnished, but no where to sit. Pool was very nice. Bar had good food.

Beautiful property. The staff was very accommodating and friendly. If you want to go to palm beach there is a golf cart shuttle that comes to the hotel and beach about every 10mins and the beach is about a 7min walk and 3min drive.

Loved everything about this property with only one exception. t time of check-in the front desk staff were unable to locate our reservation which took quite sometime to process. Once complete Tim provided us with a complementary breakfast on the following day for the inconvenience which was very generous. Thank you Tim…. However at checkout the clerk handed us a bill over 2,000 American for our stay. I showed him our reservation and he still insisted that he needed to check with the reservation department. This was disappointing. Haven’t received an email confirmation from the hotel as of yet. I hope they don’t try and double charge us for the room. Above all that hassle we weren’t given the deluxe room that we had booked with a pool view. Another disappointment. Have to say that the staff at the Allegra restaurant, specifically Yolanda were very friendly and always happy when they greeted us. John
