Girls trip
It was good- once we figured out the public transportation system. Room was comfortable, good location & friendly staff.

This is definitely a conference hotel. If you are going for leisure, expect to be woken up by non-stop door slamming from 6am-9am. The location is beautiful and up and coming but it is far to walk to explore the entire city. It is about an hour + walk to the back bay and Boston common and even little Italy is 25+ mins walking.

Thank you for your professionalism
The bed was only accessable from one side and the rooms have nothing in the mini bar except a 4 $ water The stuff don't take yours they are included in the price which is very nice in my opinion plus they not hiding it they open and tell you the service charge it's included Excellent service and food in restaurant as well The valley team and door man are the best I had in a very long time

Very nice hotel. We enjoyed our stay. The hotel was walking distance to restaurants and pubs. The only downside was that there was no hot tub in the pool area and the pool was the same depth throughout.

Absolutely Amazing!
This was our first time staying in the hotel and it was amazing overall! From checking in with amazing friendly service to helping us out with resturants in the area to everything in between! We had one night where two dogs would not stop barking, instead of getting annoyed that were like the 4th caller they called back and offered to change our room for no charge, we were all settled in our room so they took two days off of parking instead. We plan on staying there the next time we go back up to Boston! The Seaport was overall a great stay!

Good hotel but need good walking shoes
Nice hotel, very clean and new and close to water but far enough of walk to fun things that you need Uber or good walking shoes. Great for Legal seafood but not much is within blocks. A little generic business hotel vibe but clean and new

Lovely.
This is a lovely hotel in an excellent location for accessing Boston Waterfront and downtown. Excellent bartender and service at Tami. Food, just ok. Front desk crew, not the friendliest or helpful. One complaint, very loud, techno music started in a room upstairs with lots of stomping - from one am- 3 am. Finally could not stand it and called front desk who sent security. Hard to believe a hotel of this caliber had out of control guests allowed to have music blasting for 2 solid hours.

Never again
I understand it’s a Covid world but I was not told that room service was discontinued AND there is no coffee maker in room. They turned off all the ice machines, and when we asked for ice we were told that the person from the front desk would have to bring it up and he couldn’t leave the desk. This is not a budget hotel. Suite was small. I won’t ever come here again. I was told I can buy coffee in the lobby in the morning.
