Still great but carpets need a deep clean
The hotel itself is wonderful. I love its location and ameneties. In our particular room, the carpet looked pretty nasty, like someone walked through with dirty boots. A thorough steam cleaning might help. We used the pull out bed and it did not look like it had been vacuumed in awhile, either. Customer service was polite but more curt than anything else, which for me, seemed unusual for hospitality (exception, the person who checked us in the first night was very friendly, informative, and animated).

They don't have any complimentary breakfast or dinner. You get a little Kuerig in the room but just powder cream. We had a Suite on the 4th floor. It had 2 doors to the hall but only the one that came into the sitting area worked. You walk through a hallway that has the bathroom into the bedroom. This is where the 2nd door was. It was not sealed and you could see the light from the main hall and hear everything. I had a hard time sleeping. I don't understand why they simply didn't wall the door over or seal it with a good seal. They charged outrageous amount $28 day for parking. What they didn't tell you was from 6pm-7am it is free and you can pay ahead on the parking meters for $1 an hour.
