Ok place.
Best: convenient to activities. Great parking. Fair: comfort. Not outstanding but adequate. Not so good: in need of repairs, upkeep. No coffee, tea, etc Bad: one ice machine, in the basement, water on the floor, nasty smell. AC did not work, was moved to a different room.

I am not picky qhat so ever i have never left a hotel due to refusing to stay there ....... until now i walked in the room with my 3 children and walked right back out. I dont think this can be clasified as a hotel but rather a hostel/shelter which would be fine if thats what it was priced and advertised as . It was filthy with huge burn holes in the matress. I will say however i had no issues getting a refund and did not receive any greif about leaving

It was close to the waterfront. Close to what we were there for. Fridge in the room. It was quiet. No towel service, went to ask for new towels and the office was closed. Went to checkout office was closed. Only one chanel to watch on T.V.

I am not sure how anyone can rate this more than a 2. It is the worst hotel I've stayed in in years. Safety-close to the harbour but the property seems to be a monthly rental for people who maybe have hit some hard times. We did not feel safe at all. Smell-this place reeks of fresh and stale smoke. It was vile and the curtains are stained beyond repair. Noise- The AC was loud and then at least once an hour it would scare the bejeesus out of us it was such a loud bang. Woke me up all night and couldn't turn it off as it was hot muggy smelly mess. Cleanliness-the general cleanliness was fine, but dust was all over the headboard, the curtains, everywhere that wasn't the normal surfaces. The carpet was wet, from what I don't know! Staff-the only good part of this hotel, they were lovely. I wanted to talk to the front desk at one point but there was a man, very aggressively pacing back and forth right behind me. He made me feel very unsafe and I did not want to talk to anyone after that. To be honest, this hotel needs to be gutted. It also is criminal to charge $140 for one night in this place. Save your money and book elsewhere. Expedia shouldn't promote it either. Gross.
