First time staying at Rydges , Check-in was slightly delayed but was given a drinks voucher to redeem at the bar whilst it was sorted which was appreciated. The location is close to sky city and Queen st so everything is within walking distance. The room was clean comfortable and suited my needs for my 3 night stay.

We stayed twice during our trip to New Zealand. First time was for one night so booked a king room, the staff were all helpful and professional. Second time we were there for two nights so booked a suite. It was very comfortable, kitchen was well stocked and clean. Again staff were great. We enjoyed the happy hour in the lounge.
