Simple yet clean and modern. Excellent location in the CBD. Staff very helpful. Associated restaurant next door only fair. Go to Dome down the street for brekkie. Wi-Fi is slow but functional.

Great Location
This hotel is in a great location in the CBD of Perth. You can take the #37 bus from the airport and it will drop you off right near the hotel. Our studio unit was very comfortable and clean. It had everything necessary to prepare light meals and there were many restaurants within walking distance. There is also a large grocery store a few blocks away near William Street. There was a washer and dryer we could use on the sixth floor and laundry detergent is supplied. The hotel is within walking distance of the train and bus stations as well as the Swan River and a nearby park. Would highly recommend this as a base to enjoy Perth.

Great location right in the heart of the city with easy access to the shops and restaurants. Liked the funky decor but the parking, not on location, was a bit of a hassle with luggage. Friendly staff and quiet, clean hotel.

Overnight stay
Very nice clean and affordable. Friendly service. Only problem is that when we arrived we could not pull up outside the hotel as the street parking became an extra traffic lane between peak hours. This left me going around and around the block while trying to call the hotel for parking options which were limited.

Was a welcome suppose to find such a clean and friendly environment which is dog friendly. Usually these places have grumpy reception staff and the rooms have a strong smell. This was amazing stay. Thank you for catering for people with pets. We will use this accomodation once again.
