Worst stay for a family
Enter hotel lobby. Charged 20 us dollars extra. Hotels.com had no indication that i will be charged that. Enter room 1, cold water tap not working. Worst carpet smell and room odour ever. Got room changed, enter room 2, felt like living in a swamp, bad odour all over, dirty carpet, bad smell, bathroom exhaust out of order, bathroom tube light didn’t work properly either. Dust all across hidden corners of beds etc because they were never ever cleaned. So adamant about breakfast timing that i saw the server removing stuff from right in front of customers. Wish i coud redo my trip. I would definitely ask for refund if there were an option.

I'm not high maintenance but Don't ......
Hotel is very dirty... bugs.... no storadge space for clothing in closet....randown and old ....water running in washroom steady..noisy...very smelly..no premium tv as advertised...wifi free and very slow....some rooms .......and more...but still very happy with hotels com.

It Was Really Poor.
The Water Taps Were Dirty So It Was Leaking, The Whole Room Itself Was Pretty Dirty, The Room Stinked And We Had To Change Rooms Because Of The Smell. However, The Next Room Had The Same Smell But It Was Stronger. I Don't Think My Family Will Be Coming Back Again.
