Very good overall
I would rate this stay as very good. The best thing about this hotel is the location. For us it was perfect as it was right in the middle of everything. The hotel was clean, house keeping was good and the staff were friendly. I would return to this hotel but there are some things that could be improved. The pool area opening times are strange, 12 to 6 when we were there. The door that leads to the pool makes a right racket so any rooms near this just hear a door that is constantly banging when it is busy. You aren't allowed to bring food in to the pool area but at the same time there is none being served by the hotel. Lastly, when we stayed there was a political meeting which meant that Police and security were checking us going in to the hotel, this went on for hours and was really loud. I dont really want to be listening to this on holiday especially into the night. After it finished it sounded like they were tidying up into the early hours which was not quiet. I would also mention that the sound proofing of the room was not good and you can hear most things outside the room. I also found the shower to be quite weak and this may be to try and save water. Would I stay again, yes I would but there are definitely things that could be improved at this hotel.

Excellent hotel and comfortable city break stay
The hotel, room and staff were all superb. The breakfast was excellent and had an amazing variety. Would recommend staying here for sure! The location allows such easy access into the cities Soho area where you can enjoy art, food and sights whilst walking the entire time.
