Beautiful property! The room was very spacious, great lighting and amenities. The only complaint we had was the parking situation. Valet only, $50 a night, and no discount for Houston Methodist patients. MD Anderson patients do get a discount from what i overheard at check in. I would love to return, but can’t validate the expensive parking each time we have to come to Houston.

The actual rooms are beautiful. We enjoyed the one bedroom suite. The staff was horrible. From checkin to check out. Poor attitudes and didn’t answer for front desk phone at all. The valet service was great (although it’s 50 bucks a night.) This hotel has so much potential, please invest in better training and staff.

I had a 2 night stay and was very pleased with the room! I booked a studio room with 1 king bed and the room was very spacious! The room also had ceiling lights which was a plus! The bathroom was beautiful and modernized! Also the room included bathrobes which also was a plus! Great stay and beautiful chic hotel! Valet parking was a bit outrageous with the cost being $49 per night. However, there is available parking near the hotel that is cheaper! I would definitely book again!
