Could’ve been better but I’ve had worse!

The elevator was broken, they did call and tell us before our stay. The night staff wasn’t helpful when we check in after having driven 20+ hours. But the room was clean until I plugged my phone charger in and then was swarmed by ants from the outlet. Other than that the view was stunning, the ac worked wonderfully!

The guy at the front Desk was very polite and welcoming. I believe his name was Ahmed. He said it was his 2nd day. He was great! The parking situation sucks but it's not their fault, that's just St. Pete in general. The elevator was not working so using the stairs wasn't my favorite part of the stay. We will stay for an overnight trip but maybe not for a weekend. The bed was older feeling, bouncy, and my wife and I were rolling into each other due to the valley in the middle of the mattress. The smoke detector was covered in a bag so if there was a problem we may not have known. Other than that, the staff was awesome, the room was exactly what we needed for an overnight stay. We could stay again, if the elevator worked.

Arrived an elevator was out of service. Never notified prior to arrival about the elevator. Too late to book another room because I had to go straight to wedding rehearsal. Had to climb 2 flights of stairs with heavy luggage and no one offered to help. Terrible service and I will never return

Pathetic customer support

We arrived to a broken elevator which can happen. What caused me to be disgusted about the hotel is when another guest and myself had to assist an elderly woman with mobility issues up the stairs and carry her bag while two hotel employees just sat at the desk offering NO help. I heard other guests in the lobby complaining that they weren’t notified of elevator being broken. Being a Saturday night during peak season trying to find a last minute room in other hotels at check in is time consuming and extremely expensive.

It was ok to just sleep

My daughter and I just needed an inexpensive quiet place to sleep. It was quiet and the TV worked and the air conditioner mostly worked but the bathroom was dirty. Mud in the tub, blood on the shower curtain and no hot water in the shower! The elevator was not working so we carried everything up the stairs. The area was ok and parking was ok but there was a space under the room door and any crawly bug could slip in.
