When we went to check in there was one person working behind the desk and they were dealing with a customer that had reservation issues. So we had to wait a while. Once we got checked in and was assigned to room 305. We got to the room and couldn’t get in. Went back to the front desk, told him that the door was not unlocking. He said that instead of pulling down on the handle to pull up. Went back to the room again tried what he said and it didn’t work. Called him from the phone by the elevator and he said he would assign a different room, but we had to go back down and get rekeyed since he was the only one there. We stay at this hotel a lot and this was the first time we had any problems.
