It was not a good choice
Definitely pictures are better than what you get. Room condition, stairs, halls and, in general the Hotel conditions require to be improved. Information about breakfast time and other like wife should be provided in writing to avoid confusion or misunderstandings.

Calm before the storm that is London
Always have a great stay at the boston its not up there at the top but it has everything you need for a good stay at any hotel in its league. Will always continue to stay there when working in london.

Pleasant stay
Very pleasant stay have visited the Boston hotel a few times now, staff always very friendly, hotel I’ve always found to be very clean and well kept, good Tube and bus links to surrounding areas.

Always friendly
Requested a specific room, which I was gratefully allocated. Was awoken at 5am by the neighbouring room having sex, so the walls are a little thin, but otherwise my stay was very good. Always friendly staff.

Some updating required but not a bad hotel.
Staff always very friendly and helpful. Rooms seem to be similarly a little dated with things not in the best state of repair. This was my second stay, room 229, one of the doorknobs is missing from the wardrobe and the blind in the window is broken and in a bad state. There are curtains covering this, but they sadly are not long enough to block out the light that streams in from the internal window all night. I would ask not to stay in this particular room again, but would stay at the hotel again as it is convenient and overall of a good standard for the price you pay.

Would stay again
For the price we paid (54per night) it definitely exceeded our expectations. Breakfast was an added bonus for the price, not very big but did the job! The room was bigger than anticipated and was relatively comfortable. We stayed 2 nights and my only gripe was rubbish not being taken out of the room despite being bagged up for the cleaner. Not handy when you have a 1 year old with you.

Good value, friendly and convenient!
Staff very friendly, although breakfast host could be a little less abrupt. Hotel is an odd layout but that’s not a problem. I found it to be quiet and comfortable. Decor is a little dated, towels a little frayed and mattress dipped a little in the middle. Room wasn’t as clean as I would have liked, dust down the back of the chair, hairs on the bed linen and in the sink. But, would stay here again, overall for the price this is good value.

Boston Manor good value for money
An excellent value for money hotel, no frills but clean and tidy. Breakfast ok and included in price, set us up for our days around London, tube at Boston Manor on Piccadilly line only 10-15 walk away, ideal, will be using again in the future.
