Different kind of hotel
Overall, we enjoyed the stay. A few things weren't clear from the listing or when we checked in. For example, there's a supply closet on the first floor for extra towels. Also, when I booked, I didn't realize that this is essentially a remote-service hotel. It worked out fine for us, but I feel like people booking a stay should realize that there are no staff on site. We also had problems with the front door the whole time - every group we saw coming or going had the same problems. The electronic unlocking mechanism seems to be finicky, which made us nervous that we might not always be able to get back in the building (and again, there's no staff inside, so it was concerning). To be fair, we WERE always able to get back in, it just left us a little uneasy. The rooms were great, quiet, and clean. The location was EXCELLENT for us (attending an event at the convention center). We scored a free parking spot when we checked in. I would stay here again.

Interesting option!
Ok love the concept and room was clean and comfortable. Love keyless entry and checking in and out was a breeze. The bad. No water pressure and day two no hot water and no one responded to my text. Lots of restaurant options close by! Not sure I'd stay again. But if traveling with an associate may try a two bedroom. The low water pressure an no hot water was a bummer!

Room was noticeably underfurnished (e.g., no desk and almost no furniture beyond the bed). The property is operated entirely remotely, so staff are responsive to text messages but aren't able to do much beyond that. Wqater temperature and pressure was subpar.
