Our room was too far from their router to get wifi. Admittedly they only advertised free wifi in the reception but this also did not work. The receptionist blamed his on insufficient bandwidth for the number of rooms occupied. Also there was no facility to make hot drinks. There was coffee at reception when we arrived. After we had unpacked we went back to reception (at 7:30) to find that the receptionist had left for the day. So no coffee after a long drive! For breakfast there was cereal and they made berry pancakes. It felt like that was all we could have. If they were happy to cook eggs or toast they did not mention this at all. In short, I felt service fell far short of expectations.

This is my fourth time staying here and I keep coming back because it's comfortable and a good value. My only complaint this time was the shower had inadequate flow and the temp kept changing. I've never had this problem before.

Beware of them nickel and dime-ing you!!
We booked the economy room, which we had no idea was SO small (beware of what you're booking - FULL bed not Queen). Our situation changed and we had to bring our kids with us. When we tried to upgrade to a family room, we felt we were gouged. Sara at the front was VERY accommodating, friendly and seemed compassionate to our plight. But then things changed for the worse when Janelle took over - and that left a bad taste in our mouth. The coffee was weak, but the breakfasts were tasty and fast. The hotel is old and needs some attention, but the spa was hot and the rooms were clean.

Top notch motel
Went there for a wedding and had booked the room 6 months in advance. Everything was excellent especially the food. If and when i go back to Mammoth i will stay there again.
