Excellent Stay
Our whole stay was excellent. The check-in process was very smooth and the front desk receptionist was extremely helpful and attentive. She gave us a room that was facing the courtyard, so we didn't have any problem with noise at all. The amenities were also great, I've read the reviews before booking this hotel, so was aware that the breakfast consists only from coffee/tea and muffins. Would definitely stay at this hotel one more time

The rooms were really cute and comfortable. It took until about 8 PM for our room to be cleaned for the second day. I found a wad of hair in the shower on my first day there.

Nicely restored classic boutique hotel
Fun place to stay in an up and coming neighborhood of Portland. Some sketchy people on the streets in this area so definitely use the valet parking. Friendly and helpful staff.

Not bad but most likely will not stay again
The hotel itself is nice. A couple of things I did not like. 1. Check-in is at 3 pm. If the room is ready and it's before 1 pm they charge you $50 to get in your room. I put employees up here for travel and this is unreasonable. This is the first hotel I've encountered a charge for this. If the room is empty just let the the customer check-in. Just feels very wrong. 2. Stayed on the 2nd floor and due to the noise level outside I was not able to sleep. Very noisy all night long. My colleague also said he did not sleep due to all the noise. Yelling, sirens, extremely loud vechicles. Because of these two things I would not stay again. If these things, would not bother you, then you will most likely enjoy your stay.
