Very Good 8.0 From 101 reviews
We arrived late at night to a quite unfriendly front desk lady. She was zero frills and niceties. I read in reviews prior that a front office lady was rude and asked how they wanted to pay as her "computer is slow." I reinforced that I have already prepaid and then she said after about 5 seconds..."oh ok." After reading the previous reviews I laughed thinking this is definitely a pattern. I would be nervous about this staff member if I was a manager of this lodge. Otherwise it suited our purposes just fine.
The shower didn’t work properly, it would be fine, then after 2 minutes completely turn off for 2 minutes and cycle through that a few times...but overall the place was very clean and the staff was friendly.
We were just stopping for one night on our travels through Ireland. This hotel was comfortable but dated. Retaurant was attached but a basic fast food place. We did go into town for dinner and drinks and that was great.
It was very clean and today and far better than the uk travelodges. I would have preferred a walk in shower or a shower screen. Shower curtains are full of germs
Hotel with basic necessities. Clean and comfortable. Our room got a little warm and receptionist was nice enough to loan us a fan from his desk.
I was pleased that the room smelt so clean and fresh. I had a good night's sleep and a nice shower. Had to look elsewhere for food as I am vegan but it seems that the whole of Ireland is behind the times with that.
Great but wasnt realised you got x amount of rooms free when you book on line i have stsyed 25 times in lodge in limerick ennis road so a little disappointed on not receiving information regsding this
Was close enough to the city. Unfortunately due to the housing crises in Ireland it’s become more of a hotel for residents than guests. Not the hotel now the residents fault
Receptionist wasn’t particularly pleasant. Bins weren’t emptied. No hair dryer
How close it is to the city centre and tesco just across the road
