A Spanish speaking couple had a key card that opened our room door after 11 pm. They opened it multiple times after we shut it and yelled at them it was our room. They came back and did it again and again. Luckily I'd placed the security latch so they couldn't get it. We'd checked it hours before and the room clearly hadn't been used, no luggage, beds not even sat on. Multiple times later in the night, someone kepp knocking at out door. No sleep for us! Called front desk right away and lady said there was a mistake in the other people's reservation. In the morning, while checking out, I told her we were very upset and she needed to find out what happened so it doesn't happen to someone else. She said she talked with Expedia and they were going to refund my money. Have not received any refund yet. Nice motel but very unsafe situation. Will not recommend this motel.
