We were comfortable and enjoyed our stay. Our room faced the street but once we closed the dual pane window it was quiet in the room. Friendly staff helped.

It was good for location and room was efficient. No complain other than the other guests next room & in the property were super loud and they were up all night woth loud TV on. That ruined my rest.

Excellent Room!!!
The room was excellent with recent refurbishment making the difference. Larger than normal "chain hotel" rooms, I would rate the room a 4-star level with refrigerator and microwave. The staff was professional and courteous. I would stay there again.

Surf city.
Terrible, extremely rude, I would never come back here. I’ve never had an issue with getting a hotel room. The transaction is very easy as in. Reserve a room, and then sleep. But these people found a way to make it difficult and also have an unnecessary attitude and have terrible customer service.

Good
No frills hotel near seal beach. Walking distance (under 0.5 mile) to beach access. Short drive to Seal Beach pier and shopping. There is also a public access fishing spot a few doors down at the Simple Green building. Other than that, you'll need a car. Room was clean. Good shampoo/soap/lotion situation. Housekeeper was excellent. If you have a vehicle then this makes for a good home base when visiting the area.

The remodeling helps
Being remodeled helps feeling the confortableness but it can still be pricey for the what you get. Quite a small place and no elevators. The room gets super humid and warm so opening the room door for a bit is needed as the hallway freshness helps cooling the room. Staff was welcoming and humble.
