My Stay at staybridge
I had a good experience. The front desk was very friendly. I liked the convience of everything. I had extra pillows!! That’s a huge thing because I request them but dont always get them other places. It was in a good location, close to so many great places for eating and shopping. I’d stay here again. The price was reasonable, room was very comfortable.

Plumbing problems
The pipes under the bathroom sink were not connected and when I used the sink it flooded the floor and my feet got wet. I had to put a pot under there to catch the water. I tightened it up as best I could. My roommate fell outside and hit her head in the sidewalk.

Overall we liked the hotel, room was spacious a d lots of amenities. Front desk staff the evening of check in wasn’t very friendly or helpful but the staff at check out was much nicer. Pool was closed in the middle of the evening for cleaning and then was past capacity once it opened back up so our kids didn’t get to use it, which was disappointing as that was part of why we booked this hotel in particular.

Spacious room, kitchen stocked with paper towels and cups, glasses and plates. Pool area clean and towels available for use. Check in quick and easy. Definitely recommend this hotel!

Treated Like A Vagrant!
Was out in the courtyard vaping. The lady working (black hair) marched outside and talked to me like I was a child in front of other guests about "no smoking". I told her I don't smoke and that there are no posted signs anywhere about vaping (it's literally water vapor). Then she just doubled down and shooed me away like I was a dog. Meanwhile later on she didn't say a thing when a group of 3 and a group of 6 (all with black hair)were allowed to walk around the common areas without a mask!!! I was going to book for a week while I chose an apartment. Your loss!!
