  • 4.0.Fair

It was ok. Street light sign was out so it was hard to find. Not downtown as the name would suggest. Hotel needs reno work.

The room is old and grungy. The carpet is dirty and has huge stains. There was no lightbulb in the bedside lamp.

    Bloody Nightmare!!!

We rented two rooms for family trip; one room was filthy dirty! There was blood on sheets, smoke stench with burn holes on curtains, towels looked like rags, worst was broken AC unit with temperatures above 110 Customer service a nightmare; when asked to move to room with working air conditioner we were met with sarcasm “ what do you expect it’s 115 outdoors” Finally a new room was found only after we insisted to be relocated... Pool was a greenish brown cesspool Advertised breakfast non-existent only coffee Would never ever consider a red roof hotel stay

    Good value for location

Overall good, but not great, stay. Receptionist did carry heavy suitcase up the stairs for me, which I appreciated. Room was OK: clean, comfortable beds, appreciated refrigerator. However there was a closet with no hangers and my friend asked about some and none were to be had. Also, there was not a holder for a suitcase to be propped on, which would have been helpful.

    Priced ok

Since there's no breakfast anymore, they should've dropped the price, at least a few dollars. Otherwise, it's an ok hotel. My wife loved the room, though, the crowd, wasn't the best.
