Blah
Hotel was in a great location but the cleanliness of the room was not great. Sheets had tears in them. Bathtub had hair and what appeared to be pubes in the tub. The walls are paper thin so you hear every noise imaginable. People were friendly and helpful but the overall stay was not great.

Had to pay for valet parking and then my car was never ready when I used the text service for a speedy pickup. Also my room didn’t have a fridge and that surprised me a bit, would have appreciated that! Otherwise it was a beautiful clean room, great view and good location.

Unexpectedly Lovely Hotel!
This was a 1-night stay for us. We live about 2hrs from downtown and came until the city for a concert. Venue was directly across the street - super convenient! Parking is valet only but nice to have. There is so much within walking distance that we didn't need our vehicle after it was parked. Service at valet & check-in was fast & friendly. Room was well appointed, clean, and relatively spacious (for our needs). Floors are all tile (it's a pet friendly hotel), so you might want slippers or socks if it's winter time. Bed was amazingly comfortable. Will definitely return if/when we visit the area again!

The property was clean, but it was in obvious need of some renovations. Multiple people I talked to had issues with the thermostats not working in their rooms. Noisy, but to be expected for Seattle. Great views from upper floors, even from rooms not designated as having a view. Neighborhood was filled with homeless people in the evenings/night. Nowhere to park unless you use valet parking.

We felt welcome as soon as got to the hotel. It was super convenient to the light rail. We found the surrounding area to be quite safe. The hotel was comfortable and the king bed roomy. I really enjoyed the ambiance and unique period decorations, tile work and door knobs. The customer service was great - friendly, helpful, not snobby. Thanks a lot.

Bring your earplugs!
Great until 2:15 a.m., when my next door neighbors rolled in and could not shut up until 5 a.m. Called the front desk to ask for help; they were not effective in getting the message to the folks in the next room.
Was not asked about the issue when I checked out; no offer of anything to make up for missing some sleep.
Hotel would benefit from a quiet hours policy on floors with rooms.
