Like others have mentioned, the staff is very friendly the bathrooms have mold growth on the walls and the ac in the room was in bad shape. Location is great for Minute Maid park but the cost is too high for the condition of the hotel.

Not ideal for multiple nights
I stayed at this hotel with my kids to attend an event at the Toyota Center. The hotel was a convenient 5 minute walk from the venue, which was great. However, the overall condition of the hotel was disappointing. The hotel was very outdated. I had to have my room key replaced three times during my one night stay because it did open my room door, the pool or the gym. The actual room I stayed in was not the cleanest. The bathroom floor needed to be swept and the shower was disgusting. It was so bad, me not my kids wanted to use the shower. The lock on the bathroom door was broken, preventing us from closing the door completely when anyone needed to use it. There was also pubic hair on the washcloths, but luckily I brought some washcloths from home to use. The door on the cabinet that housed the refrigerator was slightly unhinged, making it difficult to open and close the door. If you’re only staying for one night for an event at the Toyota Center, this hotel would be ok. Otherwise, pay a little more for a better hotel experience.
