The room was clean & the bed was very comfortable. The elevator was out of order, but they sent a text letting us know ahead of time, offering us a first floor room. Checkin was fast & we got a good recommendation for local fish & chips. Breakfast was appreciated.

The tv and box initially did not work until we fished around to determine was not plugged in. Also the heater was hard to get going and when I pulled the cover off, the filters were deplorable like they have never been changed, simply gross!
