I enjoy the twin cities. This location was perfect! Good public transportation system nearby. I like how the contact-less check-in made the entire process seamless. I highly recommend booking this location for any business or leisure accommodations! Two thumbs up

It was safe (4 times on public passwords, one for our room ). and clean. The bedroom was private but the open 7ft walls to living space made it impossible for privacy with our 18 year old. He may as well been in our bedroom.

Bring your mountain gear for the toilet!
Lovely renovated building and apartments, lots of amenities. I walked to restaurants in the area. Impressive entry system, not sure why some had complained. Side gate was an issue but that’s maintenance not Sonder. Only 4 channels on the TV but I just watched stuff on my iPad. Lack of windows in the bedroom was a bit of a downer. Bring a ladder if you want to use the toilet! The parking is in a lot across the street but was safe.

Was very disappointed in the early check in fee. We arrived 90 mins prior to our scheduled time and had to pay $27 us to open the door for an empty unit. We reluctantly agreed to pay given we were on the doorstep the Sonder app said it accepted Apple Pay which I used. Only to learn 30 mins later that that was an error and the app didn’t accept this type of payment. Y the time payment was cleared I was close to 30 mins to the original check in. The pull out sofa was also very inadequate and had no spare blankets. Very poor set up for an accommodation in an area that has very cold temperatures. I would not stay here again and would not recommend others to stay. The passcodes on the elevators are also very finicky and one never knew if they would work. If you are looking for a reasonable accommodation in this area of Minneapolis I would strongly encourage The graduate hotel if you are able to book in advance to keep fees down. 4 mins by car from this location

The apartment is very noisy: there are loud air circulation fans running all the time (cannot be turned off). The customer service representative/property manager stated that about a third of the customers complain (like me) about that noise. It was manageable for me during the day, but not during the night. The earplugs I use on intercontinental flights were not sufficient to stop the noise from bothering me. The property manager did offer to relocate me to another property, but that was too far from where I was supposed to walk for work everyday, so I had to decline. The apartment was spacious, with all the basic amenities (for the bathroom, kitchen, etc...), and overall rather clean, with the exception of a few strands of hair in the bathroom and on the nightstand nightstand. Walking distance to several restaurants and 10mins from grocery store; nothing fancy (student-oriented) but plenty of reasonable choices (imo).
