We had reserved a room with a king bed and called the day before to check our reservation and the front desk said everything was good. When we arrived at 11:30pm, they gave us our room key and when we got to our room, it was 2 double beds and when we went back to the front desk she said that there weren’t anymore rooms available. She had to call another hotel and send us there which took another 30min. It was frustrating to have to deal with this at 11:30pm.
