Find another hotel!
This is at the most a 2 Star Hotel even for London. Only good thing was it was close to transit. Our stay started with being put in a basement suite that smelt of mold immediately upon entry. There was no way we could stay in this room for 6 nights. We asked the front desk and they said they had no rooms and then said they had one other. We were moved to that room however it had recently been smoked in. We were told that was the only other room available. We agreed to stay there until another came available hoping to be able to air out the room by opening the window which did not have a screen! The rooms are extremely small and bathrooms you can barely turn around in and could do with a good cleaning in order to remove the mold. Yes we did get moved to another room which did not smell of smoke or mold on day 2 as promised. One additional item, this hotel is all stairs and the elevator can only fit one person and a piece of luggage when it works. Most of the time during our stay it would not move from the main floor! Be prepared if you get put in a room on the 4th floor!!!

Okay for a one night stay
The location was the best thing about this hotel. Just a few minutes walk from the Earl’s Park tube station with lots of restaurants in the area. The woman who welcome us at the front was very friendly and let us store our bags as we arrived before check-in. The rooms itself was large (two double beds and one twin bed) but it was in the basement and very stuffy. We were able to open the window but because there was no screen, only bars, we were at little worried that some unwanted critters might join us. Between the uncomfortable heat and stuffiness in the room and the sound of rats fighting outside we didn’t get a great nights sleep. The bathroom and shower also smelled like mildew. There were lots of long hairs (not mine!) in the bathroom and an old sock (also not mine!) in the dresser drawer. That being said the sheets and towels all looked very clean! So overall, okay for a one night stay but I don’t know that I’d stay there again.

Would stay again
Clean room. Very nice staff. Bed a little too soft but overall good. Also 3 minutes From tube, this was very convenient to go anywhere in the city. Would stay again.
