Last minute overnight trip with family to enjoy the Falls. Location is great for walking, which you’ll want to do if able, to downtown and the Falls. Room was nice and bed was comfortable. Parking was $40 overnight in the hotel lot which was kind of unexpected. Overall good experience and would definitely stay here again!

The room and linens were clean. I booked here specifically because it is a local hotel, not a chain, but I regret the decision. The staff were clearly there just for the pay check and offered no help with my questions about my stay. Be warned! This property charges $40 per night to park in their lot. There is a lot across the street for the Skylon that will charge you $10 and you can park overnight. There is also a $40 fee for late checkout. I was not impressed by the property or staff. The location is great.

We stayed here on the last night of a three night stay. The price was great and the hotel was quiet and quaint. We loved the outdoor patio with lots of couches and places to sit. Unfortunately nothing was open at the hotel (restaurant, lounge, gift shop). The restaurant looked very nice but when we looked at the menu for breakfast it was way over priced. Dinner like prices for breakfast!! There was no refrigerator in the room which was a bit of an inconvenience and the hotel smelled very badly of varnish as they had just polished the floors. There is on site parking that we had to pay for which we though was quite ridiculous as the parking lot and hotel were empty and it’s literally part of the hotel property. Overall it was clean and the rooms were inexpensive but not sure we would go back

While the lobby and restaurant were very nice and welcoming, the rooms need updating. We loved the idea of a boutique hotel rather than a large, mainstream brand but it felt more run down than chic. Our room, while clean, showed a lot of ear and tear. For example, there were several spots on the walls which had been touched up with the wrong color paint which make it feel neglected. The location was pretty good- walkable to all the activities- but we probably wouldn’t stay here again.
