Minors must be accompanied by parents or guardians. Legal parents/guardians must present government-issued ID and child's birth certificate at check-in. Relatives or other adults must also bring a notarized, handwritten letter by the legal parents/guardians authorizing the child's stay.

Parents or a legal guardian traveling with children under 18 years must present the child's birth certificate and an identity card with photo (passport, for example) at the check-in. For international travels from Brazil, if just one of the parents is traveling with the child, she/he must present – in addition to the child's certificate of birth and identity card with photo – a letter authorizing the trip signed by the other parent with a notarial certification of signature. In case the parents or the legal guardian, as applicable, cannot or are unwilling to give this authorization, a judicial authorization is required. People who intend to travel to Brazil with children must consult with the Brazilian consulate before traveling for more information.

Very Good 8.0
Good room for price.
Hotel staff were friendly and eager to address my concerns, and about half of the staff that I talked with knew english so easy to communicate. The hotel is a 3.5 star so not at the top end of hotels and the hotel could use a renovation. It was a safe hotel with visible security personnel and key card access to get to floors. The room was noisy at nights with construction and service vehicles as well some nights from the bar across the street. The bed was more firm than expected, Wifi was good in the room on a computer and smart phone and the laundry service was extremely fast on short notice. But bathroom sink was obstructed so extremely slow to drain. The area is great a block from Paulista avenue that has shopping centers, starbucks, drug stores, food stores, bank machines and restaurants. So all in all good accommodation for price. But with almost all rooms the rooms are not what they would give a direct booking customer so third floor the views were not spectacular as on the website.

Nice, but for what they charge, I expected more...
I had a problem during the stay, which was the fact that their pool wasn't functioning at the time of my arrival. They told me about it during check-in. Even though they were upfront about it, I still feel like the ad on (advertising an indoor pool in one of the most well-located areas of São Paulo) was misleading. They quickly tried to solve the situation and the staff couldn't have been nicer about it, offering me a complimentary dinner as compensation. The staff of the hotel is super friendly and helpful, from check-in until check-out. Breakfast is well served, although it can get a little hectic. The rooms are nice and spacious but need some remodeling, especially the bathrooms. The tub had some stains and the handle for the towel was broken (pictures). The walls do not isolate sound very well, so I could hear the nighbors speaking clearly, especially through the bathroom. The location is perfect, in the heart of São Paulo, close to everything you need. Great view of the city as well.

Watch out for the hidden charges and over priced b
We arrived early from our flight from the US and asked if they had a room for us to check-in. They said they did not have one easy which was fine. So we told them we would take a seat in on the sofas and to let us know when one was ready. We then noticed they were letting others check-in. We question them and then they were able to find us a room. The rooms were clean enough but we had to have the. Replace missing light bulbs and fix the in room safe. The sorest was at check out they informed me that the room only came with breakfast for one even though it was a room with two single beds. They charged $37 US dollars for a breakfast that any where else would have been $12 US dollars. Would not recommend staying here.

Better out there for the same price
Very average, had to pay for early check in (s ysyal so expected) but then told if I want breakfast there’s another charge and then I was put on the 1st floor (my booking asked for a HIGH FLOOR and I get the LOWEST FLOOR)with the admin office next door and a bar nearby that had live music every night. No stairs to the 1st floor available so always had to use elevator which the room key didn’t always work. Breakfast average too. I’m acfrequent visitor to São Paulo and I won’t be going back to this hotel - very sloppy
