New favorite hotel in Chicago
Amazing hotel very advanced with technology, printer in the room good office space for work, the entire room is on a computer deviced controlled which is amazing you don’t have to get up to close the curtains, lights, heat/air. The carpet is the softest I have even felt on my feet. Amazing closet space and design. I loved my slippers and robe. It came with everything in the bathroom, such as toothbrush toothpaste, shaving cream and blade, hair brush, qtips, sewing kit etc. Amazing customer service and room service was delicious. My new favorite hotel after being a four seasons and ritz Carlton client.

Falls short, doesn' meet the cleanlines and amooth
Peninsula fell short sadly. For spending the amount of money to stay at their executive suite, I expected: A clean bath tub- found hair A clean vanity sink- found a left over wet hair elastic A smooth reservation for breakfast- they had lost their own confirmed booking and wanted us to wait another 20 mins (till 10:50) till they get their act together. To be in and out of breakfast in 1 hour given we had a baby in tow: it took them 45-50 minutes to bring our food. To be fair they are still -Very polite - serve excellent food and drinks - the comfort in their suite was 10/10 ( reserving my cleanliness comment) - Room service works like a clock
