I messaged a week prior to the reservation asking about a late check in, and got no response. When I arrived they let me keep my bags w them, though when I got to my room and opened my luggage, some of my clothes were wet. Probably because they literally keep the bags in the bar right in front of the taps where they pour beers and other drinks. There was still rubbish in the room when I checked in. The room had a big tv and no tv remote, so I went downstairs to get a remote only to find out the remote they gave me didn’t work. The room had windows that you couldn’t open and was blocked by what looked like rubbish. The air conditioning was barely functional and it would get really stuffy when I was trying to sleep. When the cleaners do their thing they block the entire hallway and it’s just super messy and inconvenient trying to get past. The service here was horrible not very hospitable at all, all the staff were miserable. The bed however was very comfortable but the best thing about this hotel were the Chicken kebabs they sold across the street.

Found a cockroach leg and some sort of bug in amongst the bed sheets, room not vacuumed long hair all over carpet, no mirror over sink for shaving, air conditioning not serviced, can hear people on 2nd floor above you like a herd of elephants.
