All was good, close enough walk to Target field.(15 min walk), Lots of restaurants in the area. The bar in the hotel closed at midnight on Friday, that was disappointing.

    Horrible service
The hotel is beautiful and in a great location, but our experience was exceptionally bad. We booked the more expensive option that included free parking and breakfast. We received neither. The man who awkwardly checked us in seemed like he was high. I’ve never experienced anything like it. I asked about the free parking that should be included and he just giggled and couldn’t even answer my question. He never gave us vouchers for breakfast or any information about it. When it came time to check out, the line was extremely long at the front desk and we were in a hurry. So we decided to address parking with the parking attendant that had been out there the prior evening. There was no staff available and our only option to leave was to pay an additional $27 for parking. I travel a lot, I’m not particular and never leave bad reviews. But this service was awful and I ended up spending a lot of extra money that I shouldn’t have.

    Beautiful hotel in downtown
My family was there for a wedding. There were a lot of weddings that weekend. Unfortunately, one wedding brought their party back to the 5th floor around MN. The gathering went on to 4 AM. They weren’t obnoxious, or Intentionally disruptive, however, the door into the hall stayed open a lot. It was a large group talking, they were loud. The rooms right beside them had to have had bad nights. I was 4-5 doors down.

    Nice Hotel for Downtown Minneapolis
This site was a good location for a family wedding we had to attend. The rooms are very dark and hard to put on makeup. The sink area is very small. Otherwise, the beds were very comfortable. The service was great. The staff was very helpful.
