The shuttle did not run on time and it was very difficult to get a seat as there were so many people waiting at the airport. We contacted the hotel to book a spot on the shuttle and they did not respond. The hotel is very run down and the room was not clean. There was mould in the bathroom. At 8:00am a staff member opened our locked door and walked right into our room while we were sleeping. I would not recommend this hotel.

The condition of the hotel is very poor, outdated, carpets and showers are stained. Beds were in good condition but the air conditioning didn't work. Rooms were very small. Breakfast was good, staff were helpful and friendly. Free shuttle to the airport was very helpful.

We went for breakfast before checking out to learn that the restaurant was closed for breakfast already and it was only 10am. However the sever at the bar went into the kitchen and got us a few pastries and yogurt to tie us over and some orange juice, which she definitely didn’t have to do! During check-in the line up was backed out the door, but the clerk kept his cool and was very pleasant despite that long never ending line ups. The hotel was as expected but no real complaints.

Very dingy
Location is great because its very close to the airport and they have a morning shuttle. Hotel staff was very friendly and went a long way to make our stay comfortable upon arrival and the following morning. The two single beds (which have about 2 inches between each of them) bedroom is tiny and you can barely move around. It was not the dirtiest hotel I have ever been to but it was certainly not the cleanest, especially the washroom. Hairs here and there, barely wiped sink, and dust in the washroom corners... The hotel is very outdated and dingy which also make it look dirty (chipped paint on the door way, strange colors on the wall which could be dirt or age). I call night staff to get an extra pillow and she said she could not accommodate due to not having access to the supply closet. Not that this was her fault but management should remedied this sort of thing. I would stay there again on a very very tight budget but this is definitively a case of getting what you pay for.
