    Great Stay
Very close to the Subway and night life and restaurants! Wish WiFi wasn't additional charge.

We were incredibly disappointed with our stay at the embassy. The customer service is one of the worsts I've ever experienced. We had spoken to the hotel before driving down (coming from Toronto so about 10 hour drive) and asked if we can check in at 3:00 AM specifically. We were told yes we can and that they would put a block on our room so it's available. We show up at 3:00 am and the lady at the front desk incredibly rudely says they don't have space for us. Now we were left scrambling for another place to spend the night. Found a hotel which cost us double what we were paying at the Embassy Row. Will not be recommending this hotel to anyone or coming back to stay unfortunately.

The hotel is in a great location, easy to get to, plenty of restaurant choices around the hotel. The room was standard, nothing over the top - comfortable and bed was comfortable - no complaints. The style of the hotel has a very hip vibe and the decor is very fresh and modern. The downside of our stay was that the majority of the staff we encountered weren't friendly or helpful at all. The bar staff on the rooftop patio were the exception and both ladies were lovely and very helpful. The bar staff on the main floor and the reception staff were cold, unwelcoming and not very friendly or helpful at all.

All in all, a good stay.
Did not get the room reserved upon arrival and had to wait the next day to get it. Rooms facing Massachusetts can be a bit noisy but that is to be expected. Believe the resort fees could be reduced during the season when the rooftop is closed as the value is then somewhat reduced.

Horrible customer service, not understanding, no emphathy. Front desk had a lot of attitude and raised their voices at me. Not recommend for anyone!
