The hotel looked great, customer is was fine but I had to wait 2 hours for a room. When I my room key and entered, the room did not smell cleaned and was not cleaned properly. Seemed like housekeeping were rushed. The was great and so was the view but customer service did not list or mention any possible events that may be happening. No menu, tv listing, cups, coffee, tea etc., the room was not properly stocked. That goes back to my point of housekeeping being rushed.
Amazing stay! Great view from 18th floor. Spacious, clean and well-appointed rooms. Biggest balcony I’ve seen at a hotel. Felt safe during our stay with the pandemic going on. Masks enforced and only your party on an elevator. Not a lot of people around to have to constantly worry about distancing. Had a great surprise in our room from front office staff for our anniversary. Staff is very responsive and attentive to needs. Will definitely stay again! Thank you!
The stay was very nice , all staff was very informed and helpful , the room was nice except the linen had iron scorched marks on the pillow cases and sheets , not a good look , floor needed vacuuming had stars and confetti pieces left even after room services next day , but overall we enjoyed our stay
Cute hotel. Kind staff. Delicious food at Orion rooftop or you can walk across to the sister hotel cavalier & eat (hunt club restaurant has excellent food & drinks). I would definitely stay again- & we live only 15min away- worth the mini getaway with balcony ocean view.
It was not great. Our 10th floor ocean view room was not finished cleaned- we had no pillows with cases on them, they weren’t on the bed, we had a messy bathroom, no soap, no toilet paper, no towels, and when going out out on the balcony for fresh air after all of this, we look left towards the ocean and our neighboring rooms windows are wide open and they are butt naked. We called for towels, never received them. Never got to even take a shower in the room. Was told I would be getting $150 off, practically a refund, but was overcharged instead. Safe to say it was a terrible experience. Everybody that worked there seemed to be shocked with the treatment we received but never did anything about it? Very disappointed for such a classy and high rated hotel.

We loved the hotel. It felt like we were staying in a Cancun Resort. Being further north on the strip, there is no board walk, so the resort like feel with the pools, bar/grill, lounge areas that literally bump up to the sand gave it a very resort like feel, instead of staying on a boardwalk hotel. I will most definitely be staying at the Marriott again.
