Excellent hotel in great location. Very helpful staff sorted a replacement room when one of our group struggled with stairs due to lift being broken and gave free breakfast for all. Hope to see you again!

Pleasant stay at the Living Hotel
well located and friendly staff at reception. Very helpful. well equipped rooms. Bathrooms and beds cleaned well though some areas needed more attention eg bedside lights.

Lovely clean hotel, efficient helpful staff, free water and beer on arrival very welcome. Sauna and fitness room were in the sister hotel across the road which was a nuisance, also traffic noise at night was intrusive. But overall an ideal place to stay

Nice hotel; street noise 2nd floor
S Bahn station across the street from this hotel made traveling around Berlin very convenient. Hotel staff were friendly and helpful. Hotel room was clean and comfortable. The only downside to our stay was the weather was warm low to mid 80s during the day; with no air conditioning and our room on the second floor, we keep the windows open slightly and there was considerable traffic noise during the night. We would stay at this hotel again in the future but would request a room in a higher floor.
