I stayed here a little over a month, and after having paid them all that money - I was staying in the suite with the kitchen (after moving rooms a zillion times). I noticed the same room was available for the next night, so I ran to the office to book it - at close to $300. Had I been required to move again, I would have just gone to a different hotel. The next morning comes around and I get a call from the office that I have to move rooms. Obviously someone made a mistake, but the day manager was extremely rude to me and literally yelled at me when I tried to explain that I had, in fact, booked the same room. Rather than show me the slightest bit of courtesy after having paid them quite a bit of money over the last month, he told me that I had to move - Let’s not inconvenience anyone else, but clearly nobody minds being rude to me. The manager who booked the room wouldn’t even make eye contact with me, so I got my money back and went elsewhere. As of midnight that night, I noticed that the room STILL had not been checked into, while driving past. Sounds like they messed up and rather than admit the mistake, make me pack up my bags and move for no reason. Oh well, the carpet is old and nasty, the rooms smell bad, and they do construction at all hours. Drug dealers hanging out in the parking lot, this is more like a cheap motel and NOT anything vacation worthy
