Exceptional
Savannah and the Beach!
Staff were quite friendly overall. The renovated rooms are well-appointed, and cleaning staff were understanding about the fact hat my family likes to sleep in! Make sure you find out about any additional fees before you book. The WiFi could use a little improvement.

Even a bad beach trip is better than working
We did not know it was the last day of spring break. Roudy crowd kept us up most of Saturday night. Called office to complain at 4am. Sunday and Monday, things were quieter. Somebody spilled coffee in the entry Sunday morning. House keeping completely ignored it. TV remote did not work. Got new batteries from the office. That did not work. Asked for another remote. 2 days later, we never got it. Air conditioner was super noisey and rattled from heavy vibration half the time. Exposed wires in tower entry hanging out of conduit beside the elevator. At least they put wire nuts on them. Parking lot sweeper drove by early Tuesday morning waking us up.

Very good location, overall in good condition but did need some better maintenance. It also seemed that the place needs more help with the cleaning crew, they were still there cleaning after 7:00 PM and the room could have been vacuumed better.

Staff was friendly and courteous. Tiki bar wasn’t open so we didn’t get the free drinks but not a problem. Will definitely visit again.

Not a good time to go to Tybee
, had to request otel had closed its restaurant without notifying us. The entire island was understaffed and only a few restaurants were open. 2-3 hour wait times at restaurants. Two days, we rode into Savannah (16 miles) to get one meal each day. The hotel still charged us a daily "resort charge $25). The elevators were old and creaky. We had no in-room cleaning services.

Poor
Perfect if you are there to party.
The Hotel was clean and the view was great, but i will not go back. Balcony door qould not lock. In high winds the door would open. Phone was proken, so i had to use my cell to call front desk. No room service for a week bc of covid, and you have to chase down clean towels. North tower had 2 new water heaters that they had not gotten set up properly, so between 7am and 11am you got cool showers, and after 6pm you would be scalded. It was the armpit of hotels. Maybe if I was a drunk, it would not have mattered, but i had 2 kids under 6 with me.

Never again
The hotel is 130 plus years old and it shows. The rooms were filthy and very old. Doors were shredding, tile is moldy, faucets leaked.

Yuck
Moldy tile, bathroom door was falling apart, faucets leaked, carpet was damp and smelly. Way over priced even with a view. Gross and needs to be updated.
