Good place to stay
The hotel staff are very friendly, the breakfast was good. The area isn't great for anything to do but there are several restaurants in the area. It's a very small area that caters to the university crowd so there is a little noise at night but the rooms themselves are very quiet.

Disappointed
Very disappointed. It was not like Embassy Suites we have stayed at in the past. We had to change rooms b/c safe was inoperable. Staff would not bring us the key to the new room even though we were on a time crunch to get to an event. Hair on floor in bathroom in both rooms we were in. Room was not cleaned by 3:30 the next day and they did not throughly clean. Did not return garbage can when emptied. Coffee condiments were not replaced. Breakfast dishes were still in the hall at midnight and I had to take them away. I would not recommend this Embassy Suites! I will stay at another hotel the next time I am in Nashville.

Very disappointed in this Embassy stay
We are a family of 6 with 3 aged 5 years and under and we were very disappointed with many aspects of this stay and my expectations were let down for a "higher-end hotel". The food and service in the restaurant was horrible; lost ticket, over charged and brought meals out at different times, excuses after excuses and the place was empty except for 1 other customer and us. They offered to give us 50% discount and free dessert, but ended up charging us for the dessert. (!!) Hubby thinks the pecan pie made him sick and his stomach was unsettled through the next day. We thought this site had a pool, just a hot tub. Big disappointment for my children. Mom's bad, guess I didn't read the description carefully enough ~ I guess an indoor pool means hot tub?. The bed was horrible; felt like I was sleeping on a hill and kept rolling downhill. The garbage trucks in morning also pleasantly woke everyone up. The breakfast was just OK, the pancakes were like cardboard and they did not keep up with keeping the juice center stocked. Just very disappointed and think we could have had a better experience at a Motel 6. :-(
