Another Gateway Red Roof Inn
Cleanliness was good. Room with king size bed was smaller than the old Red Roof Inn at Gateway. While this appears bigger with more rooms not sure this is an upgrade over the old Inn. Will need to see other rooms to make a decision. One good thing is that the pool is indoors and includes a hot tub. At 3am refrigerator woke me up making a loud noise and had to unplug it, Then at 4am people left and the door by my room slammed a couple of times because the thing that closed the door slowly was not working. I believe that is just one of those things that can be easily fixed and should not be the deciding factor on choosing to stay here. Stayed at old Red Roof Inn at least 3 times per year due to good rates and good experiences. Will give it another try in May as I plan to visit my son in Florida. Front desk person was friendly and helpful.

Overall good stay for a night. The room was clean and bed was comfortable. The kids went to the indoor pool and it was very cold. The staff was all very nice.

I was rushed out and threatend. In the process i was injured severly. I dropped a glass and cut my wrisg open on it and cut and artery. I could have bled out Was a very frigbtening expierence. Noone should be rushed out and threatend like that.

The morning front desk person was very rude!! I asked him simple questions/requests- 1) what was my total bill amount 2) I wanted to pay with cash 3) I wanted a paid receipt He said that since I went thru Expedia, he could give me any information and to call THEM! He then made a shooing gesture for me to leave!! He needs a course on Customer service!!!! My family and I will never stay there again!!!!
