Updates needed
Facility not updated...no hot tub when it's advertised, heat/air conditioning difficult to regulate, tv remotes that don't work, room keys that fail to open outside doors...

50/50 on recommendation, could be an easy fix
Good location, easy access on and off the two main rds, centrally located to many things, (restaurants, shopping, mall vs downtown, golf, movie theater), food was as expected for breakfast- good. Staff was very friendly. Outside appearance was nice hallways and lobby seemed nice. They did miss on some very easy fixes as well as some majors to give this a much better rating. Issues: Lighting outside was poor- half the lights burnt out. Pool could be repainted to not look old and beat up. The rooms are dated and could use updated appliances, furniture and paint. TVs- bedroom channels were different from livingroom channels, the remote didn't turn bedroom tv on or off, but would turn channels, also the TV in the bedroom was connected to the lights, so at night flicking the switch turned the TV off, so you had to choose between lights off addy the lamp or TV off at switch. c Channels not programmed- so a lot of static channels to flip through in both rooms. The channel guide provided was a faded ink printout on a piece of paper. Light bulbs burnt out in lamps. Cabinets and dressors looked old/used. I guess from my perspective, 50 50 on staying again. If things are not updated and improved (replace stained and damaged appliances furniture) or replaced (light bulbs, universal remotes with programmed tvs)...I would lean to not staying, but if they did updates and repaint and carpet rooms...update the little things then it's it's a very nice place.
