The WiFi wasn’t great and we were like on the lowest floor so it was hard to get service. The people at the front desk seemed like they didn’t know what was going on…I called before we arrived to the hotel because it was around noon to see if there were any rooms available for early check in and the lady who answered said there were quite a few rooms available and to come on in! When we got there the same lady I’d spoken to on the phone asked how she could help us and I said we were checking in and she’s like “it’s early, check in isn’t until 4pm” and I’m like “I just called and spoke to you and you said there were quite a few rooms available…” then she got us check in…then in the middle of getting us checked in, a guy working comes out and she’s like “can you open that room, I need to look at the cameras” super strange and unprofessional in our opinion. When I went to check out, I told the man working that we were checking out because it was around 7am and he seemed super confused…it took him roughly 10 minutes to give me a print out of the parking receipt? Which had been emailed to me that morning already…other than that, the room was nice and clean
