It was a nice historical building. The room was humid. There is AC but you couldn't open the windows. There was no fridge in the room. The breakfast could have been a little more nourishing and interesting. Good location.

Nice, interesting boutique hotel. Staff only present part time and not exactly cheery when they are there.

Bathtub of broken hips and legs!

The hotel is not staffed at night and both nights there were very loud, drunk people in the hallway between the hours of 1-3am. When we mentioned it to staff the next day they just shrugged. While the bathtub is awesome, it’s a bathtub that could cause some serious injury getting in and out of it as a short person was problematic especially since there were no floor mats. Also, the window was frosted because the room overlooked an apartment building so there was no view whatsoever.

    Parking Scam

Nice vintage boutique hotel. A negative is that they charge $30 per day to park (no where was that disclosed when we booked. You also had the option to use a nearby park and pay machine on their property. We did that and paid $15 per day using the machine. We were there for 2 nights. The Cordova then charged us an additional $15 per day for parking-EVEN THOUGH WE HAD ALREADY PAID FOR PARKING USING THE PARK AND PAY MACHINE!! That’s RIDICULOUS!! We ended up paying $30 per day for parking. That’s a bad way to do business if you ask me! :-(

    Great location -

This is warm cozy hotel in a great location. The bed was not too comfortable and bath needed a couple shelves for shampoo and toilettries. The free- standing tub is beautiful but water gets all over the place give the low curtain that hangs from the ceiling. Our room had fixed shades without light and without a view but manageable. Staff was friendly and courteous. I think if they fix the beds and add more function inside the bath this would make things better.

    Location, charm, and historic

Probably one of the first hotels in the region and reflect the charm of that period, with contemporary updates. Awesome location and terrific staff; lovely bar too!

It was dirty. I understand it's an old building but you can see all that's done is painted over things that need to be taken care of. It's an ok-ish location; it's right next to a park that is know for the homeless population, and a lot of them due tend to come up to you and (kind of) harass you. Staff was friendly enough. We didn't even have a mini fridge or microwave, soooo that was honestly a first for me at any hotel.
