Beautiful views
This hotel was beautiful, welcoming, clean and perfectly located right on the lake. The entire staff was friendly, helpful and kind. We stayed for my boyfriend's birthday, and we'll be back again, maybe in the summer!

We chose this property because it was near Lake Estes, one of our favorite places to walk and take in the views. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. We were told when we checked in that the room had a lake view, but what we had instead was a parking lot view. Not a biggie, but just a tad disappointed. Our only complaint was that we were awaken early the first morning by our neighbors talking. Seems the walls in our room are very thin. Otherwise the stay was fine.

Very nice property in a great area near Rocky Mountain park. The day before we were scheduled to arrive, my daughter was stricken with altitude sickness at Steamboat. I emailed the hotel 3 times and left voice messages about possibility to cancel. No response. Called the morning of our arrival. No response. So made the 4 hour drive through the mountains. Arrived at the hotel and waiting about 10 minutes for someone to come to desk. Young Lady working was running around like a chicken with her head cut off, but took the time to answer all my questions about the park and walk me through where to go.... She was great but otherwise customer service was lacking. In fairness to hotel - it was thanksgiving, but still....
