Got a different room then booked but we made it work. Front lady was amazing and apologetic about the mix up. Garranteed shes not paid enough. Location is close to winter carnival and base lots of resturants.

False advertising-Awful
This hotel has to be removed from hotels.com. It has false advertising. The rooms shown in photos are nice but do not reflect the hotel rooms provided. In 25 years of world traveling this was the worst hotel I have ever stayed at in any continent. List of problems: 1) false photos of room 2) water temperature in shower can’t be adjusted. 3) blood on walls 4) dirty sheets 5) rooms cold and thermostat variable 6) clogged toilet so can’t go to bathroom 7)no soap provided if any kind 8) no support from staff or management 9) maintenance staff said that to me that its normal for a hotel to have a shower not work at the same time as a toilet and compared this hotel to my house. He said that it was a hotel what do I expect. I worte to management and they did not reply. The saving grace was the nice girl at the front desk who offered a small refund but the only acceptable steps should be for management to refund since we had to sleep in dirty sheets, with blood on the wall and access to no bathroom

This property was close enough for us to walk to the old walled Quebec City and beds were comfortable. However, the property suffers from a laundry list of neglected maintenance, lack of cleaning, and location in an area popular with partiers caring little about abandoing their underwear and trash. Some items to follow are more minor, but they illustrate this hotel as a poor choice: 1) no toilet paper 2) broken toilet seat 3) no hot water for showers three days of our four night stay. With no one on duty early each morning, there was no one to help fix this before we needed to leave for scheduled activities or departure to the airport. This was despite informing Expedia and being promised by Expedia representative we would have hot water before having to fly home 4) light fixture dangling from its own wires 5) unknown substance splattered on wall near door and on the door 6) rips in carpet 7) crack in only window 8) no way to control the heat but to open the window that had no screen 9) property just outside the front door was littered with trash 10) loud music, loud people from bars next door. We took photos right away and contacted Expedia throughout our stay with these concerns. We were promised from an Expedia agent that the property would be contacted and we would have hot water to shower on the day of our departure; the promise failed, we had no hot water, and again there was no one at the front desk.
