This place made you feel like you’re rich and famous. They’re staff were experts in hospitality. Everyone was very accommodating. The bathroom was amazing. It had a huge shower and tub. You could fill the tub up and take a bath as a 6 foot 3 inch man.

Disappointing
I’ve never had such rude customer service at an upscale hotel. I’m used to having pleasant and welcoming interactions. I specifically left another hotel to come to this hotel because I felt it would be a better experience but it was not. I ordered room service and waited over an hour and it turned out they forgot my order. Housekeeping knocked on my door at exactly 12:00 and asked me if I was leaving. And I rushed out and forgot things in the room. Then when I went upstairs to get them I got a call asking if I was leaving. I was in a luxury king suite. I was appalled. I expected much more from this hotel.

Very nice stay!
Very nice staff and facility. Nice gym, excellent location. Nice large rooms for the money. My only dislike was the hard floors in the rooms instead of carpet. Always seemed gritty.

Nice, not fancy.
Staff was exceptional. Accommodations were comfortable. Location was perfect. Good value. We had expected a bit of BH posh but found the rooms to be very stark with few amenities. We had to ask for coffee, sweetener, etc. Soap, robes, slippers, etc. Which should have already been provided. Cleaning was by request. Worth staying at, but be prepared.
