Great Hotel in a great part of Madrid.
A great hotel in a great neighborhood of Madrid. The hotel is located 8 minutes from the Pío XII Metro station. The neighborhood is mostly residential with several embassies in the area. There's a bus stop right in front of the hotel that has the Bus 150 route that goes straight to Puerta del Sol in downtown Madrid. The neighborhood itself is a short walk away from local shops, restaurants, bars and is extremely safe. Very down to earth Madrid lifestyle. The hotel is super clean, the entire staff is very service oriented and the facilities are modern. Great hotel in a great part of Madrid.

Rooms are large and clean. Location is okay, not great. Service and amenities need to improve for a 4 star hotel. Drinking water is chargeable and only 2 complimentary ones are provided. No coffee, kettle or any such facilities. No toiletries also available except for shower cap. Worst part of our stay was the absence of air conditioning. The excuse they gave was its winter and that we can keep the windows open when its warm. We had difficulties staying in the room when it gets hot.

I choose the hotel for the proximity with Chamartín Station and that it was near friends and that is a personal matter. i also like the lobby, was large and spacious with comfortable sofas to have a place to read outside the bedroom
