We checked in at 5:30pm. The room they gave us wasn’t cleaned yet. The next room we were given had the door open and no towels. Not well run

The full breakfast was nice, however the room was not as nice and not thoroughly cleaned. The water from the shower faucet was running hot water and could not be turned off. We could hear running water all night. There were clothes left on the hook back of the door of the bathroom. The front desk was pleasant for check-in/out.

Beds and pillows fairly comfortable Layout of 2-bdrm, 2-bath suite was good Gentleman at front desk was nice and helpful Room looked dingy and only "surface" clean -- dirty/many stains on front facing cupboards in both bathrooms as well as the bathroom floors; grouting broken or missing in spots in bathrooms Visible stains on the living room furniture; suite carpeting looked worn and not super clean Kitchen in suite -- didn't use but could see the sink was nasty and one of the burners on the stove was lifted and not in place (not sure if the burner was disconnected) No "do not disturb" magnet in our room for outside door

Fire alarm went off at 3:30am. Fault in the system. Strobe light in room is still flashing at 8 am. Couldn’t sleep with light flashing.

The property was dirty and our bathroom had lots of mould on the walls and ceiling. We reported it to thr front desk 2 times and nothing was done about it. The manager was supposed to contact us but did not. Very disappointed.
